- 1Drizzle tuna with oil, and season with salt. Heat a cast iron pan and when it is hot slide the tuna in.
- 2Keep an eye of the side of the tuna steak to watch the fish change color, indicating it is cooked. When there is 1/4 inch of fish cooked, flip the steak over.
- 3When the other side is also 1/4 inch cooked through remove the tuna. Slice with a sharp knife and serve with soy or temari sauce.
