- 1Coat lamb cubes in flour then brown in oil using a heavy duty pot. Season with salt and pepper. Add in sugar and stock when brown.
- 2Preheat oven to 350F, then place pot in for 2 hours. Boil another pot of water on the stove top. Boil each turnips, potatoes, carrots and pearl onions for 4 minutes then set aside to cool.
- 3After 2 hours stir in parboiled veggies and creme fraiche. Adjust seasoning and add thyme before serving.
