- 1With a sharp knife, score the fatty side of the Duck Breast. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat an empty frying pan on medium-high heat.
- 2 When hot, place Duck into pan with the fat side down. Allow to cook for about 3 minutes. Flip Duck Breast and cook on the bottom side for 2 minutes.
- 3Rest briefly, then slice and serve with your choice of fruit garnish. We recommend something with a bitter element e.g blackberry, raspberry, lingonberry, marionberry or orange.
