  • 1Mix all marinade ingredients. Put steak and marinade in a zip-loc bag and squeeze out air and seal. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.
  • 2Remove from fridge about ½ hour before cooking. Heat grill to medium-high.
  • 3Sear both sides on direct heat for about 2 minutes each side depending on your grill. Move off to indirect heat to cook through for a couple of more minutes.
  • 4Let rest for at least 10 minutes. Slice diagonally.
