Quick and easy Sauteed Spinach with garlic.

  • 4 servings
  • 1Trim stalks from the spinach leaves, then wash off loose dirt in a bowl of cold water.
  • 2Mince Garlic clove.
  • 3Heat Olive Oil in saute pan. When the oil comes up to temperature, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Then add Spinach leaves and stir.
  • 4Watch the Spinach as it wilts very quickly. DO NOT overcook. Remove from heat and serve immediately or cover to keep warm.
