- 1Rinse Bok Choy thoroughly, and separate the leaves. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in large pot on medium heat.
- 2Add garlic into your heated oil, cooking very briefly without browning.
- 3Stir in Bok Choy. Allow to cook for 3-4 minutes until all the dark leaves are wilted down. Add remaining tablespoon of olive oil on top and stir.
- 4Off heat, finish with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
