- 1Preheat oven to 425F. Wash and trim sprouts then remove spotted or yellow leaves. Cut in half lengthwise.
- 2Dice bacon, then mix with the sprouts. Season with remaining ingredients.
- 3Spread in a single layer on a sheet tray. Roast sprouts for half and hour then check them every 5 minutes. They should begin to caramelize.
