- 1Pat dry crabs with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 170F.
- 2Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Cook crabs about 5 minutes per side. Keep them warm in the oven.
- 3The the non-stick pan, still on heat, add in garlic, wine and butter, stirring to remove any brown bits from the pan. Turn off heat and serve over the crabs.
