- 1Season Lamb with salt and pepper. Place in a ziploc bag with olive oil, rosemary, garlic and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
- 2Bring lamb up to room temperature. Preheat grill on high then grill both sides of the lamb 5 minutes. Pull lamb to the side of the grill to finish cooking.
- 3Use a meat thermometer to check how well done your meat is. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
