Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1Trim root ends from the sprouts and peel off any discolored leaves. Preheat oven to 425F.
  • 2Spread Brussels on a sheet pan, drizzle with a olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • 3Place in over and cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes check the sprouts to see if they have started to brown. If not continue cooking, and check every five minutes.
  • 4(optional) Toss with Balsamic Vinegar or Grated Parmesan for additional flavor.
