- 1Remove brisket from fridge to come up to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350F. Season with salt, then brown in olive oil in a dutch oven.
- 2Add rest of ingredients into the dutch oven. Cover with the lid and place in the preheated oven.
- 3Cook for 2.5-3 hours. Remove the dutch oven from your oven, remove the brisket and return the liquid to the stove top to reduce by half.
